It appears that once I enabled the navbar module that the mobileadaptivetest (Mobile Adaptive Test) module no longer shows up to allow clicking it's button to preview the current page in a mock-up of a phone or tablet at various sizes, which makes quick testing of various breakpoint layouts a hassle.
Any chance this can be fixed as there is clearly a namespace clash or something?
Modules:

deanflory CreditAttribution: deanflory commentedAs stated in the original post, when navbar is enabled, Mobile Adaptive Test stops working.
Disregard the mention of "Admin Menu Navbar" as that is what got me to enable navbar.

eshta CreditAttribution: eshta at Acquia commentedPlease provide steps to reproduce that include the expected and actual results. Keep in mind that I'm not familiar with "Mobile Adaptive Test" as you may be and will not know what to look for in order to reproduce. I'm happy to look into this further but "stops working" just isn't enough for me to go on. Also - please clear up whether you are running just navbar or admin_menu_navbar as it can help to narrow down where the conflict could be.

deanflory CreditAttribution: deanflory commented1) Enable Mobile Adaptive Test (but make sure Navbar is not enabled)
2) Look at the Mobile Adaptive Test icon that shows up on all pages and is floating over the upper left area of the page. Click it just to see what it does. Click it again to close it (but the icon still stays visible, floating).
3) Enable Navbar.
4) Note that the Mobile Adaptive Test is no longer available as the floating icon is no longer visible.
Again, disregard "Admin Menu Navbar" as it is not the root cause of this issue and as I mentioned in #4 please disregard the mentioning of it.
