Installed the module in conjunction with Commerce Licence, Commerce Licence Billing and Commerce CardOnFile. Attempted to make a purchase and received error message on screen:

Unable to save your card data due to a server error
Payment failed due to eWAY connection issues

There is nothing in watchdog to help determine what this server error or connection issue is.
