In the Drupal documentation ( http://drupal.org/node/21964 ), it mentions "RSS feed blocks." I understand how these work within Drupal, but is there any way to access them as RSS for syndication purposes?

Say, that I have a category in my aggregator that I want to offer an RSS feed for...can I tap into the categories feed block somehow?

For the record, I'm running 4.5.2.
