Contacted user about ToS

I used contact form to notify https://www.drupal.org/u/stepinsolutions about the terms of service because it appears to be an organization account that is giving comments with individuals signing the comments. The comment in question was flagged as spam so it is unpublished https://www.drupal.org/node/126222#comment-9854663. Leaving this issue for the record.
