Follow up to #2359463: The mail shouldn't be the default name's value

The username (currently just the 'sub') should be prefixed with something to avoid conflicts with existing users and to make its origin clearer. It's possible that a generic hook_username_alter() implementation could be written to remove the prefix. The Real Name module should be recommended to show a display name.
