What to include in form_handler.php file?

Hello, in the settings, I find that the target url takes something as: "http://www.mycrm.com/form_handler.php" and I am using "Re-posting to any 3rd party system" method.
What codes should be in the "form_handler.php" file, given I want to send the submitted data in JSON format to the server?
