Agenda / Discussions

* No new incident reports.
* A general sentiment has been raised from many community members that they're uncomfortable reporting things to the CWG, for a variety of reasons (privacy concerns, feels like "snitching," don't want to "formally" get someone in trouble, people on the CWG with clear conflicts of interest with certain conflicts, etc.). We discussed some options with supplementing the incident report form with more informal reach-out options; to be discussed more in LA.
* General agreement that we need to grow the CWG membership. This would help with capacity, as well as conflict of interest concerns.
* Our action plan policy is still outstanding, discussion feels like it's winding down. Make it more clear that this is about repeated code of conduct violations, not just minor offenses. Proposal to begin re-drafting it based on feedback so far. Donna to take this on.
* Testbot incident still in play. Adam will try reaching out to other party again; Angie drafted request to DA to discuss real-time.
* Incident with high-profile contributor still in play. Adam and Donna to connect post-meeting on next steps. George and Angie recused.
