MLA Citation pattern style update

Problem/Motivation

Existing MLA Citation style pattern doesn't support the required output format as given below
For 2 authors: Last, First, and First Last.
For 3 authors: Last, First, First Last, and First Last.

Proposed resolution

Existing MLA Citation style pattern to be updated and a new pattern should be added to support required output format.
