Changes since 7.x-1.0:

* Codesniffer cleanup. Mostly comments and docblocks
* PHPCBF cleanup and reformat
* another php strict fix. Apparently an expected argument in advancedform_override_theme_ctools_dropdown is optional
* PHP strict fix.
* fixed an array_merge that was stepping on itself, started reviewing help doc to update to D7 examples
* corrected the link in the install text message
* minor cleanup of install funcs - left from upgrade script
* packaging script guff found its way into the VCS
