Improve sahtml output

Current output has a few issues:

• Has an unnecessary closing div at the end
• Some weird line breaks: (e.g. https://www.drupal.org/node/2471879)
  • A CVE identifier will be requested, and added upon issuance, in accordance
  • Drupal core is not affected. If you do not use the contributed Services module,
• Minor: some spaces between tags (<?php print date('Y-F-d'); ?> </li>)
