Mailhandler Alternatives? Wanna setup Email-driven Ticketing System

Hi,
I'm looking into setting up an email-driven ticketing system urgently. As stated in Always Unpublished, Command & Mapping do NOT work, Mailhandler seems obviously buggy in user-defined commands which are always empty in values though provided and therefore the nodes imported are always Unpublished. Also, it does not respect the default commands for Anyonymous users.

I'm testing Mailhandler on a fresh & plain Drupal installation with the minimum requirements mandated by Mailhandler so as to eliminate other factors of conflict with other modules. Any alternatives ? Million thanks.
