I went into a subspace and created a section for files. In the file section I tried to create a folder but it does not create it and it does not give any message at all. When I click the button nothing happens.

Edit the Section page and make sure the Menu Link option is enabled and that the Parent is set to and *not* . This is a known issue in 2.3x that is fixed in the -dev version already for the next release.

Facing the same problem. Cant create a Folder and also Add File is disabled
