Views with more than one display in menu tabs will redirect the result to the last menu tab

I have a view with many displays and two of them are linked with menu tabs (a list and grid display of the view, in this case). Both have the same exposed filters and a items per page exposed form.

When I change the Items Per Page in any of the displays, it will redirect to the last (set in menu tabs) display when it should stay on the current display.
