I like this theme so much except the form. How about simple style for form elements?

Agreed. This basically just uses Drupal's default form styles, and they could be much better. Feature request noted. I'll try to work this into the next round of changes.

I've improved the styles and pushed the commit up to 7.x-2.x.

They will also be included in the 7.x-2.4 release coming shortly.
