oa site in internet explorer and chrome doesnt display menu items.

Hi,
I have a strange situation here, opening oa site in internet explorer and chrome doesnt display menu items. All the menu items have been moved to a submenu to the right side before the login button.

It works fine on mozilla. Some one out there with such problem, how can this be solved.
