Improve property add/remove on schema config form

Problem/Motivation

• When adding a suggested property, no output is provided. As a result, a user doesn't know if further save is needed or if anything happened at all
• When adding suggested or removing property, the entire page is reloaded

Proposed resolution

Use Ajax and display a message like "You have unsaved changes."
