Do you know a responsive theme (mobile friendly) complete and free for drupal 6 ? Thanks a lot for your help :)

It's start with investigating the most popular base themes. Adaptive, Omega and Zen. Options in D6 are limited as responsive theme concepts didn't come into maturity until the release of D7.

Thank you, yes, I am so desperate about finding something usable on drupal 6, so I hope that some others are looking for the same thing.

Yes I agree with you that there are very responsive less options available with Drupal6, most of the responsive themes come with Drupal 7.

There are options. There just aren't an abundance of options.
