I created a 3-col-bootstrap variant with header and footer. The layout defines main menu and image slider in one row. I built a 2-col Minipanel and added it to the header column. Although left minipanal column gets 'col-md-8' and the right column gets col-md-4 both columns are much smaller.
How can I get a col-md-8 menu plus a col-md-4 slider row?

The how-to-create-a-specific-panel tutorial from Kronda shows how to create a new panel concerning specific requirements. Let me know if there's a faster goal.
