Hi

In a views TPL file(s) is there any way to determine the panel and/or region that it is to be displayed in?

I basically want to programmatically add/exclude a view's content from within a TPL dependant upon if the view I am doing this from is in a particular region/pane?

Many thanks
John

I am not getting your issue. Can you please explain it more?

Didn't realise my account was an 'organizational account', been very new to Drupal all I wanted to do was ask a development question or two that I was struggling with.

Please remove my account from the OA status and move it into whatever status is needed to simply ask normal questions.

That comment was not directed at you, but at the commenter that followed-up to your op (it's currently unpublished, so you don't see it).

And to answer your question, no I don't think there is a way. Placing a view is independent of the view itself, so it wont know where its located. I've done this by creating different views (or different displays in the same view) as desired, and then placing the views in the desired locations.

Hi World

Ah ok, totally didn't realize it was directed at someone else.

Many thanks
