When publishing nodes via /admin/content the setting "Generate automatic URL alias" is set to active, even if not checked

Which means the setting "Generate automatic URL alias" gets overwritten and will always be active using the bulk operations.

This does not happen when publishing the node via it's edit node form. When selecting several nodes at /admin/content and publish several at once, all get "Generate automatic URL alias" set.
