I found the solution plz ignore it.

I created few forms using webform module and today i noticed that when i enter same name and email address again to submit the same for then it shows the following validation error:

"The value (name) has already been submitted once for the Name field. You may have already submitted this form, or you need to use a different value."

I didn't use 'unique option' in field settings i just used 'mandatory' option for all the fields.

I found the solution plz ignore it.

i don't recall it exactly as i did it way before but I m sure I changed some settings in webform configuration.
