Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Drupal 8 comes with a new module called Tour, for creating guided tours through the website interface using the jQuery Joyride plugin.

In Drupal 7, there is a contrib module called "Bootstrap Tour" which serves the same purpose:

Let's use the Bootstrap Tour module (and then migrate to Tour in D8) to provide some guided tours of the farmOS interface, so that people who are new to the system can get up to speed quickly.

m.stentaI decided to go with Bootstrap Tour instead of jQuery Joyride for the Drupal 7 farmOS tours. They are going to require porting to the Drupal 8 Tour module either way, and Bootstrap Tours are ctools exportables which make it easier for others to write and contribute them.
