Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in ctools/views_content/plugins/content_types/views_panes.inc on line 339

Some contextual info:
- Occurs when importing a Node Export that has a Views Content pane. The import is in XML format.
- This pane has an exposed filter that can be set on the panel pane configuration pop-up
- $conf is NULL when it's expecting an array.

Simple fix. Still not sure what the cause is.
