I've been unable to log into stagingwww.drupal.org via ssh for 24h or so; it times out. @mlhess and @nnewton confirmed that both devwww and stagingwww were down as of yesterday morning. @drumm confirmed yesterday evening that devwww was back up but that stagingwww was still inaccessible.

I've rebooted staging. Many of the openstack vm's rebooted over the weekend. Currently digging into the root cause.

I started varnish manually, it was stuck with varnishd dead but pid file exists. Otherwise, looks okay.
