Hi.

I noticed that where the user chooses a pay-to-publish product while creating a node, the prices are given before tax or other Rules calculations. The following patch fixes it for me and I believe is the correct way of doing it.

Err... looking at the results of those tests is confusing. Invalid permissions? Is this a dependency thing?
Did I need to add another of the commerce modules as a dependency in the info file having called that function?
