on "site.com/user/12345/returns" page the link to the return is broken.
The user number has extra characters.
For example the Return number is supposed to link to: site.com/user/10000561/returns/4
But the link is to: site.com/user/10%2C000%2C561/returns/4

The output of the uid field in the view must be explicitely set to have no thousands separator, see the attached patch
