Finding that when I move a book page to make it a child of another page, that after I save, and am again looking at the book, I hit the "Up" button twice, go up to the top of the book, and in the book navigation, it hasn't moved. I do a drush cr to clear all caches, reload the page, it now reflects the changes. IIRC from Dries blog post on D8 performance last month, there should be a way of invalidating a set of cache tags on the save, so that it will clear the appropriate cached elements intelligently.
