Portuguese and English languages in casetracker.views_default.inc

Parts of the \casetracker\views\casetracker.views_default.inc include file is written in Portuguese, and other parts in English. This results in Portuguese language buttons on the views displays, and possibly elsewhere. The rest of this module appears to be written in English. I'm not familiar with best practice for a situation like this, but I'm pretty sure that this is worthy of being logged as an issue.
