I can log into the site with an Admin account on the production site but if I copy it a locally install it on xampp and try to login I get -You are not authorized to access this page? I dont know if there is a special function or module that prevents sites from being installed locally?

iI removed a stiing inside settings.php

$cookie_domain = '.somedomainname.com';

Please replace the name of the cookie domain in settings.php

$cookie_domain = 'put your domain here';
