Problem/Motivation

During some testing of our project, it was discovered that if someone creates a discussion post that is still in draft status anyone with view unpublished content rights sees it in the discussion topics view pane.

Proposed resolution

Add content published setting to filters (it is already set for replies, just not for the parent post)
