I just updated to 2.0 and notice that I'm missing the "config" button in the right-hand column for some (but not all) modules. For example, the Contact module that comes with core has a "config" button. This is missing. If I disable Module Filter, I do then see the configure option. I've tried setting different Jquery options in Jquery Update but this does not solve the problem UNLESS I use jquery 1.10 in admin and then things do not display well at all (although configure buttons return). When I say, do not display well, what I mean is that the left-hand tabs or groups disappear and other problems.

I could provide screenshots if needed.

Also have the same issue. When the module filter is installed and enabled, configurations links are gone for most of modules.
Also tabs links on the left side are not working anymore, they don't filter.

Closing as outdated after 7 years as we transition to Drupal 10.

I'm keeping an eye on the 7.x branch of this module, reviews and majors, but active work is going toward 4.x (supporting D10)
