After updating to CTools, 7.x-1.7 from 7.x-1.5, Panelizer pages which uses IPE are showing duplicate buttons. I found an issue in Panelizer issue queue that identifies this, but wanted to cross post to see if anyone has encountered this.

I have a similar issue with the ctools and social share privacy module.
Duplicate buttons are showing directly after upgrading from ctools 7.x-1.5 to ctools 7.x-1.7.

Maybe its related? The Panelizer buttons "Customize this page" and "Change layout" are not affected though and are shown properly.

I'm having the same issue with duplicated ssp fields after upgrading to 7.x-1.7
