According to their website they only seem to have an office in Paris.

Closing this issue as fixed for a couple of reasons: first, there are fewer locations listed on the page right now so I believe the clean up happened. Also, the Adyax FB site shows "20+ Drupal experts, with offices in France and Eastern Europe." https://www.facebook.com/Adyax.Drupal/about?tab=page_info
So I'm inferring that the list is now correct.
