user experiance , favorites and social integration MODULE

HELLO !
This is my first post and I would like to thank founders and community for this great Drupal phenomena !

To the question,

I'm looking for modules that help creating reach user experience by allowing to add content to favourites, also if possible categorise this content by it's original category / type or user created category, and social integration with facebook and tweeter.
It would be also nice if I could create separate category for favourites like 'read later' or something like that.
Would you recommend me suitable module please ? All I'm finding only some old modules like Favourites or Favourites nodes. IS there something else ?
For Social integration it's easier to find. But maybe you could recommend any in particular.

Above is most likely duplicated but it's very hard for new comer to find right module other than basic views, panels etc.
