Hello,

I'm trying to build the openatrium distribution in Jenkins and I get various error when trying to apply patches and/or download projects.

Make sure to use drush5 (cause that's what d.o is using) or the drush 6+ make files. I just reran the build and everything is good. May have been a hiccup with internet or such for some of them.

The building server was missing the patch program, now that it is installed, it works perfectly with Drush 7.x.
