Trying to update Webform 3.21 to 3.23 via Drush7 with "drush up --security-only" I get the wrong update:

As you can see from the webform module page, the 7.x-3.x branch is no longer recommended. Drush is offering to update you to the latest recommended branch. You can pick the branch you want in the update command:

drush up webform-7.x-3.23 (or whatever version you want)
