The the location was not included in the db merge which caused it to not show up on the sitemap. The subtype was also missing. I don't know what effect that may have had but I figured I might as well add it in at the same time.

Ah, yes, it does, sorry. This one: #2401387: drupal_write_record() has been removed. In fact, this patch could just be added to that patch. Will close this one.
