In Panopoly 7.x-1.19, the Drupal Core (7.35) is modified compared to the standard Drupal core.
I compared the Drupal Core (7.35) in panopoly-7.x-1.19-core.zip with the 7.35 from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal
and found them to be different, please see attached screenshots - it's the image module that was modified.
As I understand it, this would be misleading as what is 7.35 Core in panopoly, isn't. Unless there is a policy on what is provided in terms of core with panopoly.

dsnopekWe include one small core patch in
drupal-org-core.make
. Distributions are actually able to patch core as much as they want! Some distributions do it more (like Open Atrium has a couple core patches), while we've mostly avoided it, but this was a bug fix requested by our users in: #2272893: Include Drupal core patch to fix issues with ImageCache ActionsIt doesn't add any new features, and Panopoly will work just fine on vanilla Drupal 7.35, if you'd prefer to run without the bug fix.
