On a working media browser popup the following JS are called from the libraries defined in media.module:

util/ba-debug.min.js
util/json2.js
plugins/media.library.js
plugins/media.library.css
media.browser.js
media.core.js
media.js
media.popups.js

When I change the admin theme to anything but Bartik, I don't get either of the folders util and plugins and no media.browser.js resulting in this.contentWindow.Drupal.media to be undefined on a popup being created.

Anyone able to shed some light on what is going on here please?
