Having labels as H2 not only makes the forms look not aligned but is also a very much SEO UNfriendly decision.

Could you please change it so the theme becomes more SEO friendly? I thought this theme was mean to be SEO friendly

The look of something is controlled via CSS.

If you have hard empirical evidence proving your case for SEO, please include it in this thread. Note that Google themselves have as much as stated several years ago (via Matt Cutts) that your premise is incorrect.
