cod_support 7.x-1.0-beta8

This version includes mainly bug fixes and some features around rules and tickets. There is work ongoing with ticket_reservation, which should come in Beta9.

Changes since 2015-01-29:

• #2446727 by timwood: Update profile_location field for new addressfield settings related to #968112
• Update community view to reflect changes in the ticket states
• Add a menu callback for rebuilding registrations
• Add ability to rebuild ticket registrations if they become orphaned within the order.
• Add a rule for adding a ticket to an order in cod_paid_events
• Add rules for setting ticket states on cod paid events
• Remove the order id field reference from a users' ticket registration form.
• Cod session sessions panel_pane_1 changed to panel_sessions_featured.
• Cleanup the cart when making a new order, hide registration status when going to the cart.
• Disable inline entity form for sponsors/tracks. It doesn't work properly.
