update_7005 fails, triggers a PDOException

update_7005 does a registry rebuild and that fails if schema is not fully installed. update_7006 adds a new field to schema so update_7005 will never succeed.

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'revision_id' in 'field list': INSERT INTO {entity_translation}

Attached patch removes update_7005 and adds the registry rebuild to update_7006.
