How not to display empty results when a field has no result?

I apologize for making this major but this is needed as soon as possible.

I have 2 different views - Databases and Cross References. The Cross References View has displays for whenever a Course Subject taxonomy term has a cross reference to Categories taxonomy term.

The problem I'm facing is that in the Databases view their is an empty line whenever their is not a cross reference. I have tried hiding whitespace to the cross reference view and that does not work. I also realized that the no results behavior section in a field does not work but using the no results behavior in the advanced section does. Is their a way to clear the line if their aren't any results for the field?
