Reporting the following comment as spam: https://www.drupal.org/node/2451183#comment-9716897

1) Direct reply not PM, violates forum rules "read ... not to get your posts deleted"
2) No substantive discussion of post (and really, it *could* be easy, or it *could* take 10 hours if client has a mess)
3) Offers free service for whatever reason. In the end, this is *paid services*.
