I was testing a form on the new 7.3.22 branch of webform. The option for users to view their "previously submitted" forms of that form is checked. But after my FIRST submission of a form, the message says "You previously submitted this form, view your previous submissions here."

I realize showing the user their submissions is a good feature, but can that message be different if this is the user's first submission?

Can't speak for 7.x-3.x, but the current branch (7.x-4.x provides a link to go back to the form. If you click that link, then you are looking at a new blank form, with a message that say "You have already submitted this form. View your previous submissions.", where the second sentence is a link. Seems correct to me.

I recommend you update to 7.x-4.x if possible.
