Hi,

I installed, and enabled the module, then following download link for TinyMCE I downloaded 4.19, I unpacked, and put the tinymce folder in sites/all/libraries but TintMCE does not appear on the editor dropdown, and it's still listed with the uninstalled editors (blu background).

I downloaded TinyMCE twice, and the folder structure is this
sites/all/libraries/tinymce_4.1.9/tinymce/js/tinymce/tinymce.min.js plus the other folders (lang, plugins, skins, themes)
I also tried
sites/all/libraries/tinymce/js/tinymce/tinymce.min.js
but no joy.

Here
http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/MCImageManager:Drupal
it seems I am missing something, but from all the other readings it seems all I need should be what I have done already.
Do I need MCFileManager/MCImageManager?

What am I missing?

Thank you

TinyMCE 4 is currently not supported without the patch from #1968318: Support for TinyMCE 4.x. Using it even with that patch may be difficult if you need more than a few buttons enabled because of the way its toolbar looks (Wysiwyg currently puts everything into one toolbar row/group).
I'm working on improving a couple of major problem areas (how Wysiwyg manages settings and the profile GUI) before that patch will go into -dev.

I don't know who made that wiki page, but it's not up to date. The Supported editor versions page on our wiki shows the current status for all supported editor versions per Wysiwyg version.
