After upgrading one of our customer websites from 6.x-3.10 to 6.x-3.13 of Filefield, we noticed an issue where on the edit screen for any node with a filefield instead of the uploaded file name 'Access Denied' is displayed and the file can't be removed, nor the node deleted.

I have attached a screenshot to show the message, as it is displayed on the node edit screen.

Has anyone come across a similar issue upgrading the Filefield module either to 6.x-3.13 or specifically from 6.x-3.10 to 6.x-3.13?

Our only recourse, has so far been to roll the module back to 6.x-3.10.

Setting as 'Closed (outdated)' due to Drupal 6 being EOL (End Of Life). Also as noted in previous reply the issue may be a duplicate.
