Impossible to block user to see other user profile with user views

I can't create a view to see an user account information without see information of all user changing the name or uid in URL.
1) I create a new user view.
2) Add field
3) Set contestual filter as User:UID
But if change in the url the ID or name of user it is possible to see all user information. I think this is a bug beacause in permission under section User there aren't a field to prevent this.
