Missing pager styling

The _pager.scss file contains rules about .item-list-pager. But the template has been changed since this styleset was created and do not include an element with this class anymore. Pager items were also renamed (using the BEM method) but the (S)CSS did not follow these changes. The result is that pager items are displayed vertically stacked without any styling.
