Steps to reproduce

  1. Install ERPAL "7.x-2.x-dev (2014-Dec-30)" from http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/erpal-7.x-2.x-dev-core.tar.gz
  2. Go to the status page at /admin/reports/status
  3. ERPAL display the following error message. To clarify find attached screenshot.

Error
Database updates Out of date
Some modules have database schema updates to install. You should run the database update script immediately.

We suggest to apply that database update script before packaging the ERPAL installer. So that users don't have to run it. Saving a few steps. Easier. Many beginner users don't even look at the status page right away after a fresh install.

I added a function to show a message if there are updates available after the installation process. This should show the user what to do. Processing updates during the installation process is not an easy job it seams to me.

Thanks Manuel :) The function is a great solution.

I learned something new about the processing updates during installation process. I didn't know that. Make sense because a module update might be release after a profile installer is release.
